Day Eight: Knapp’s Pets & Hobbies

Really three store in one—hobbies, pets and music—Knapp’s fully utilizes the entire bottom part of the building they occupy. While carrying top of the line guitars and a wide selection of supplies, especially for the less represented pets such as fish, birds, rabbits, gerbils, etc, we’d like to focus on the hobby side. Specifically the create-your-own-toys. Choices include make your own palm chimes, ornament frames, and sand creations. This way the lucky recipient not only gets a cool gift, but then gets to put in together themselves and customize it. It’s kind of DIY, but you get all the parts to do it.

Congratulations to John Shannahan, new BBC Director

The Better Bennington Corp. recently announced it’s decision for the Downtown Director opening. We would like to congratulate John Shannahan and wish him the best in his new position.

Bennington is a great town with even greater potential. GoBennington hopes to contribute to what we expect to be continued and future success, by keeping readers up to date with news, announcements or other important items. 2008 could be the year to get everyone in town moving in the same direction towards common goals. Let’s resolve to get involved and motivated together.
