Bennington Museum presents Short films with Michael Fisher and Maria Rosenblum. Michael and Maria will share and explore the similarities and differences in their filmmaking styles and techniques. December 7, at 7 pm, $5 per person.

A Christmas Carol, Benn. Museum, Dec 2

Bare Stages theater company will be presenting Charles Dickens, A Christmas Carol at the Bennington Museum, December 2, at 2 pm. $5 for non-members, FREE for members and children under 3. Of note is that this production encourages audience participation of songs and familiar lines.

There will also be a reading of “A Christmas Tree”, by Charles Dickens, from The Christmas Stories.

Arts and Crafts Show Friday, December 7

We will be participating in the upcoming arts and crafts show at the Bennington Health and Rehabilitation Center, 2 Blackberry Lane (and Dewey) in Bennington. The show is one day, Friday, December 7, 10am – 4pm. Check out all sorts of art and craft items, including many good gift giving items. Look for us at the table with 50 6×6 inch paintings.

Seven Mountain Acupuncture and Creative Living Shop, LLC
is opening this weekend, and we’ve been on needles and pins in anticipation.

Grand opening is on Saturday December 1 at 11 am, 493 Main Street, Bennington Vermont.

According to co-owner Stacey Bloomfield Seven Mountain “is filled with stuff for mamas and babes and other humans.” The acupuncture studio is still being prepared but it is recommended to “stop by and talk with Kevin about how acupuncture could be useful for you.”

The shop carries some really nice items from all over the globe, many handmade or one of a kind.
